Simple toothpasteTake 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of finely ground sea salt, several drops of water, and a few drops of one of the essential oil like peppermint, citrus, or clove oil to a small bowl, and mix them well until a thick paste forms. Take the prepared toothpaste onto your toothbrush, and then brush your teeth.
Coconut toothpasteAdd 6 teaspoons of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of warm coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide and one of the essential oil like peppermint, citrus, or clove oil to a bowl then mix well until a fine paste forms. You may add some some coconut oil, If it is runny or even a bit of baking soda.
Baking Soda toothpastePut 2 tablespoons of the baking soda and 1 tablespoon of xylitol powder into a bowl. Now add 30 drops of trace minerals and 20 drops of each essential oil to the bowl and mix well. Store this in a glass jar and whenever it begins to dry out, add a few drops of water to the mixture.
Vegan toothpasteTake 4 tablespoons of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of vegetable glycerin, 1/2 teaspoon of guar gum in a bowl and warm the mix for five minutes, stirring it continuously till it becomes thick paste like mixture. After cooling, add some essential oil. Store the toothpaste in a sterile jar at room temperature.
Bentonite Clay toothpasteTake 4 tablespoons of bentonite clay, 4 tablespoons of coconut oil and ½ teaspoon of sea salt and gell it well in a small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of filtered water and mix the ingredients together with a spoon. Further, add 10 to 15 drops of peppermint oil to the paste and mix again. Store the toothpaste in an airtight container and use daily.
